隨着商業科技的急速發展，資訊科技的實踐是極為重要的。明愛白英奇專業學校商務學系成立於一九七一年，致力提供高質素的商務課程，激勵學員提高個人專業資格及知識水平，為將來升學或就業建立良好根基。
現時，本校的「商務學系」提供的證書及文憑課程，包括「銀行及財務」、「基金管理」、「會計及電腦」、「會計及管理」及「資訊科技及電子商務」。上述課程旨在協助學員考取專業資格，提升現有學歷。畢業學員可透過本校與海外大學的聯繫，前往海外繼續進修或投身社會為香港作出貢獻。
於二零零一年十一月，本學系開辦四項獲香港學術評審局認可的商務學副學士學位課程，專修範圍包括會計及管理學、會計及電腦學、市務管理學及資訊科技與電子商務，以協助本港建構一個多元化的專上教育體系，為年青新一代提供傳統學科以外的另類升學途徑。
