The 2011-12 CIHE and CBCC Reflection Programme for Academic Staff was held on 26 March 2012 (Monday). The theme of the Programme is “Towards a Catholic University”. The institutions invited Professor Cheng Kai-Ming, Professor and Chair of Faculty of Education, Senior Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor, University of Hong Kong, to conduct a talk on the current development trend of higher education worldwide.
The 2011 Joint Graduation Ceremony of Caritas Institute of Higher Education and Caritas Bianchi College of Careers was held on 9 January 2012 (Monday). Over 350 students graduated from the two Institutions.

明愛徐誠斌學院及明愛白英奇專業學校獲邀接受香港電台直播節目「家家有教」訪問。校長關清平教授、通識教育及語文學系署理系主任梁詩明小姐、就讀翻譯及傳譯高級文憑三年級的伍美霞同學及就讀會計學高級文憑四年級的葉文浩同學應邀出席，接受節目主持羅曼穎小姐的專訪。
校長關教授先為聽眾簡介兩所院校所提供的課程。然後，通識教育及語文學系署理系主任梁詩明小姐則介紹本校的通識教育課程及其特色。伍同學表示通識教育課程可以讓學生跳出框框，放眼世界，裝備自己。而葉同學則認為通識教育課程有助補充主修科目以外的知識，對將來升學或工作都有莫大幫助。

會計及商業管理個案比賽（大專組別） 2009-2010 由香港財務會計協會舉辦，本校商務學副學士（會計及管理學）課程的學生麥映彤(AAM2)、冼嘉兒 (AAM1)、何頌恩 (AAM1) 及李詩敏 (AAM1) 組隊參加，她們的參賽報告成功從十七間參賽院校所呈交的一百多份報告中被選為「傑出表現報告」之一。參賽隊伍需按大會要求，以莎莎國際控股有限公司作為個案研究，參考其公司年報及了解公司的財務狀況，再撰寫報告分析其未來三年持續業務發展的策略。頒獎典禮已於二零一零年四月十七日舉行。
明愛白英奇專業學校設計系學生彭可恩及凌峰分別榮獲第二十八屆香港電影金像獎頒獎典禮海報設計比賽冠軍及優異獎。
