The 2011-12 CIHE and CBCC Reflection Programme for Academic Staff was held on 26 March 2012 (Monday). The theme of the Programme is “Towards a Catholic University”. The institutions invited Professor Cheng Kai-Ming, Professor and Chair of Faculty of Education, Senior Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor, University of Hong Kong, to conduct a talk on the current development trend of higher education worldwide.
The 2011 Joint Graduation Ceremony of Caritas Institute of Higher Education and Caritas Bianchi College of Careers was held on 9 January 2012 (Monday). Over 350 students graduated from the two Institutions.

The theme of the Programme is “How to Achieve More with Less?” The institutions invited Professor Chan Tsang Sing, Shun Hing Chair Professor of Marketing and Associate Vice-President (Academic Quality Assurance), Lingnan University, to conduct a talk on “Re-engineering”.

明爱徐诚斌学院及明爱白英奇专业学校获邀接受香港电台直播节目「家家有教」访问。校长关清平教授、通識教育及语文学系署理系主任梁诗明小姐、就讀翻译及传译高级文凭三年级的伍美霞同学及就讀会计学高级文凭四年级的葉文浩同学应邀出席，接受节目主持羅曼颖小姐的专访。
校长关教授先为听众简介兩所院校所提供的课程。然后，通識教育及语文学系署理系主任梁诗明小姐则介绍本校的通識教育课程及其特色。伍同学表示通識教育课程可以让学生跳出框框，放眼 世界，装备自己。而葉同学则认为通識教育课程有助补充主修科目以外的知識，对将來升学或工 作都有莫大帮助。

会计及商业管理个案比赛 （大专组别） 2009-2010 由香港财务会计协会举办，本校商务学副学士（会计及管理学）课程的学生麦映彤(AAM2)、冼嘉儿 (AAM1)、何颂恩 (AAM1) 及李诗敏 (AAM1) 组队参加，她们的参赛报告成功从十七间参赛院校所呈交的一百多份报告中被选为「杰出表现报告」之一。参赛队伍需按大会要求，以莎莎国际控股有限公司作为个案研究，参考其公司年报及了解公司的财务状况，再撰写报告分析其未来三年持续业务发展的策略。颁奖典礼已于二零一零年四月十七日举行。
明爱白英奇专业学校设计系学生彭可恩及凌峰分别荣获第二十八届香港电影金像奖颁奖典礼海报设计比赛冠军及优异奖。
